JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Fully grasp the market situation of the company's products, understand the competitive strategies and customer needs of the industry, and provide scientific decision-making basis for the market positioning of the company's products.
2. Develop sales strategies in accordance with the company's strategic development and business requirements, and update the achievement status of business indicators in a timely manner according to the company's requirements. Make business forecasts, manage business opportunity channels, and achieve annual business targets;
3. Overall responsible for market control and development, conducting market research and investigation, promoting the company's products and solutions, and developing and maintaining market resources, channel information, and cooperative institutions;
4. Able to personally lead the team to conduct in-depth development and expand business in key industries or channels;
5. Responsible for formulating and decomposing sales team work goals and plans, and supervising their implementation;
6. Responsible for building and managing the sales team, overseeing the team's staffing, talent development, and professional competence enhancement;
7. Develop sales systems, standardize sales processes, establish sales budgets, and control sales budgets and expenses;
8. Properly handle customer complaints;
9. Responsible for brand awareness and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree or above, with a background in engineering, more than 10 years of sales experience in mechanical equipment, energy and other related industries, and more than 3 years of sales team management experience;
2. Have sales experience in gas turbines, gas internal combustion engines, central air conditioning and other equipment, as well as experience in solution business;
3. Proficient in sales management, able to empower team members to develop customer resources;
4. Must have a high sense of responsibility, team spirit, good interpersonal communication, social activity skills, and public relations negotiation skills;
5. Results oriented, excellent communication and coordination skills, and project execution abilities;
6. Able to travel at any time and has strong stress resistance;
7. Proficient in using commonly used office software such as Word, PPT, Excel, etc.
