DOMESTIC SALES MANAGER

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Achieve sales targets for customer expansion in line with the company’s strategic development and business requirements. Regularly update performance metrics, conduct business forecasting, and manage sales pipelines.

Drive sales and promotion of company products and solutions. Develop and maintain market resources, channel partnerships, and cooperation networks independently.

Provide timely feedback to relevant departments on customer needs, competitor analysis, and market trends.

Plan, organize, and oversee market development activities, including event planning, execution, and follow - up.

Create and maintain customer profiles and sales opportunity databases. Ensure end - to - end delivery and closure of business opportunities.

Ensure customer satisfaction by proactively coordinating internal resources to optimize the customer experience with company products and services.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education: Bachelor’s degree or above, with 5+ years of sales experience in machinery, energy, or related industries.

Preferred experience: Sales experience in gas turbines, gas internal combustion engine power generation, cogeneration, compressors, boilers, gas sales, lithium bromide units, or related equipment.

Resource advantage: Candidates with existing connections in power plants, end - users, manufacturing plants, or engineering installation companies will be prioritized.

Core competencies: High sense of responsibility, teamwork spirit, excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, and proficiency in social activities.

Behavioral traits: Result - oriented mindset with exceptional communication and coordination abilities.

Physical requirements: Willingness to travel frequently and ability to work under pressure.

Technical skills: Proficient in using common office software such as Word, PPT, and Excel.
